Accord group are offering the attached training delivered by MADE and funded by the Skills Funding Agency to any Caldmore resident who wants to influence what happens in Caldmore. What a fantastic turn out to Carols on the Green last Saturday. Over 70 festive voices gathered to sing in the season. Here are a few pictures for your enjoyment… and Merry Christmas from all at the Caldmore Village Festival group and a Happy New 2012 Festival Year!

Get into the festive spirit and join Caldmore Village Festival for the annual ‘Carols on the Green’ celebration. 11am, this Saturday (17th December) on Caldmore Village Green.

You are also invited back to the Methodist Church and the White Lion Pub for a festive warm up afterwards.

Community Clean Up!

Make a difference to your local community and help keep Caldmore Tidy.

Saturday 1st October 2011

10:30am – 1pm meeting @ Bath Street Centre, Caldmore, Walsall, WS1 3DB

Come and join us for the 5th Caldmore Clean-Up! Meeting at the Bath Street Centre for registration, collection of pickers and high-vis vests not forgetting to order the all important lunch! The tidy up will start from 11am.

A free lunch will be provided at the Bath Street Centre to all volunteers. Tea will also be provided throughout the event at IN TOUCH Mobile 43 Brace St, Caldmore.

It’s now upon us – months of planning, negotiating, fundraising, profile raising, developing, shaping, Monday night Samosa’s and pleanty of love for Caldmore – yes for the second year running it’s Caldmore Village Festival!

We hope to see you all over the next three days for what promises to be something rather special. If music, entertainment, creativity and curry is your bag then you are in for one hell of a weekend. Check out the 2011 programme…CLICK HERE FOR THE WEEKEND PROGRAMME
