To celebrate the Queens Diamond Jubilee there will be an official parade departing Walsall Town Centre by Sister Dora at 1:30pm on 4th June, processing up to the Caldmore Village Festival. The Mayor will greet the parade on the main stage and there will be the opportunity to join in with a huge crowd to sign the National Anthem.
We ask that processors come dressed as Kings, Queens, Princes, Princesses or in Jubilee outfits. We are also inviting along any Walsall Carnival Queens past and present to join us, wearing their sashes if possible!
The Caldmore Carnival Queen and King will also be announced at the event.
